Farm Supervisor - Dairy Holdings

With further expansion and a deliberate focus on building depth and breadth in leadership capability, the time is now for the business to fill a Dairy Supervisor or Grazing Supervisor vacancy and strengthen its operational leadership capacity across both parts of the business.

Dairy Holdings is looking for a well-connected Agri-business professional with a passion for the dairy sector, who is interested in leadership roles where operational excellence and business nouse intersect.

Whether you're an experienced Farm Supervisor or agribusiness professional with strong relationship management skills seeking your next leadership challenge, or an emerging talent ready to step up and grow, this role offers genuine scope. You’ll support up to nine farms within the Dairy Holdings business.

Your experience and business competence will already include relationship management, leadership and budget responsibilities, either directly as a team leader or via project or other responsibilities.  You’ll have studied to a tertiary level and will have work experience that’s likely to include corporate or large-scale agri-business exposure.

You will understand the normal ebb-and-flow of a seasonal business, invigorated by the challenge of a new role with operational, technical and leadership complexity and you’ll be looking for the opportunity to work with like-minded and smart farming professionals.
