About the Role: 

Join our National Sales team as a Pharmaceutical Territory Manager to support our growth and launch of our products.  You will build strong relationships with healthcare providers in your territory - Auckland North which includes Central Auckland, West Auckland, North Shore and Northland.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Implementing a sales strategy, tactical account and sales cycle plans for our Pharmaceutical range of products, so you drive sales performance and maximise the budgeted revenue, growth, cost, and margin targets in your territory. 

  • Building and continuing to develop high levels of product knowledge and providing technical support, education and product training to our primary and secondary care customers. 

  • Growing strong relationships and retaining a network of customer, key account, opinion leaders and industry contacts to facilitate sales development and success. 

  • Supporting marketing initiatives to drive revenue and implement promotional activities.

  • Working closely and collaboratively with our national sales teams, customer services, warehouse, distribution, and supply chain teams and our product managers.  

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of proven pharmaceutical industry experience, selling to GPs and Specialists and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to implement sales strategy and account management and sales cycle plans 

  • Excellent business acumen and commercial judgement, and the ability to identify new business and opportunities for strategic partnerships

  • Strong technological skills including the ability to embrace and effectively utilise technology, analyse data and to run our CRM system and also to sell, teach and support our customers to use our associated software and Apps

  • Strong relationship building and communication skills – experienced, confident, and credible engaging with healthcare professionals

  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to articulate the unique value proposition of Pharmaco’ s pharmaceutical portfolio

  • A passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to improving patient outcomes

  • You must legally able to work in NZ and have a current NZ Driver's Licence.
