Paid Ads Specialist (Google + META)

As we continue to scale our in-house marketing ecosystem, we’re looking for an experienced Paid Advertising Lead to own and elevate our performance marketing across Google and paid social platforms.
This is a pivotal role which is part strategist, part hands-on specialist where you’ll drive measurable growth, refine frameworks and help our agents win in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
The Role
Reporting into the marketing team, you’ll lead Arizto’s paid advertising capability across search and social, with responsibility for strategy, execution, optimisation and performance insight. You’ll work closely with our social media agency, account managers, creatives and leadership team to ensure every dollar spent delivers meaningful impact. This role will suit someone who loves thinking, allowing data to guide decisions, testing ideas and continuously improving performance not just launching campaigns and moving on.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Paid Media Strategy and Ownership
Own Arizto’s paid advertising strategy across Google Ads and paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging channels where relevant).
Translate business and agent objectives into clear performance frameworks and media plans
Campaign Execution and Optimisation
Build, manage and optimise campaigns end-to-end, from setup through to scaling.
Continuously test audiences, creatives, formats, bidding strategies and funnels to maximise ROI.
Manage budgets confidently and responsibly across multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
Performance, Data and Tracking
Ensure robust tracking and measurement across platforms using pixels, tags, GTM and conversion APIs.
Analyse results to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
Turn complex data into clear, practical insights for internal teams and agents.
Engablement and Collaboration
Support and upskill account managers and internal teams with paid advertising knowledge and best practice.
Help shape how we talk about performance with agents from budgets and expectations through to results and optimisation logic.
Collaborate closely with creative, content and social teams to improve ad effectiveness.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Stay ahead of platform changes, automation tools, and new ad formats.
Pilot new ideas and approaches to keep Arizto at the forefront of performance marketing
Contribute to the evolution of Arizto’s paid media playbooks and frameworks.
About You
You’re a calm, confident performance marketer who enjoys ownership and accountability. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and can explain performance clearly to both marketers and non-marketers.
You’ll bring:
3+ years’ hands-on experience across Google Ads and paid social.
Experience in an agency or high-performing marketing environment.
Strong knowledge of tracking, tagging and conversion measurement.
Confidence analysing performance using platform data and analytics tools.
A structured, methodical approach to testing and optimisation.
Clear communication skills and comfort working with internal stakeholders.
A genuine interest in improving outcomes week-on-week, not just hitting ‘launch’.
