Machine Operator with Forklift Licence

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy team in a food manufacturing environment based in Addington, Christchurch.

Start Date: Tuesday 7 April 2026
Location: Addington, Christchurch
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 2:15pm – 12:45am
Pay Rate: $26 p/h

About the Role

• Operating production and packing machinery
• Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
• Manual handling and heavy lifting
• Loading, unloading, and moving pallets using a forklift
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• Machine operating experience, ideally within food manufacturing
• Current OSH forklift certificate with at least 6 months’ experience (required)
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
