About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Complex Caregivers to support clients in their own homes in Palmerston North.

This role is ideal for caregivers who are confident in providing complex care, particularly for individuals with serious injuries and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI).

As a caregiver (Level 2, 3, or 4 Certificate), you will play a vital role in supporting clients to live safely and independently. Your responsibilities may include:
  • Personal care and hygiene support
  • Exercise and mobility assistance
  • Meal preparation and household tasks
  • Shopping and community engagement
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with clients
No two days are the same so adaptability, empathy, and a sense of humour are essential and benefits including:

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
  • Experienced in supporting clients with complex care needs in their homes
  • Skilled in manual handling and transfers
  • A strong communicator with a caring approach
  • Holding a full, clean driver's licence
  • Flexible and available for weekends and extended hours
  • Professional, with a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality
