Warehouse and Production Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable team member to join our busy day-shift team, in a Warehouse and Production hybrid role, based in Dunedin.

This role will initially involve a combination of warehouse operations and production support, helping ensure materials flow efficiently and daily operations run smoothly. Toward the end of the year, the role will transition into a primarily warehouse-focused position.

The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining high standards of safety and quality, enjoys working in a team environment, and is committed to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate daily warehouse and production activities to ensure efficient operations.

• Manage inwards and outwards goods, inventory control, dispatch, and production materials.

• Operate and monitor batch control systems, hand-held scanners, and D365 (Dynamics 365).

• Maintain accurate stock records and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with MPI and other regulatory requirements.

• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality.

• Work closely with production and customer service teams to support business needs.

About You:

You are highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to an efficient, well-run operation.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in warehouse, production or distribution environments.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Experience with MPI and MPI Secure Export compliance.

• A current forklift licence and experience operating material handling equipment.

• Experience with batch control systems, hand-held scanners, and D365 (preferred).

• Good computer literacy and confidence using digital systems.

• A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to high standards.

• Clear communication skills and show attention to detail.
