What you’ll be doing

You’ll lead the engine room of digital delivery at Auckland Airport — bringing clarity, pace and discipline to a large and complex portfolio.

• Own the delivery of our Digital and Technology Portfolio — from big programmes to fast-moving initiatives
• Keep everyone aligned — ensuring work connects to strategy and delivers real business value
• Make the invisible visible — clear reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, spend and benefits
• Balance the system — matching demand, priorities and team capacity
• Stay commercially sharp — managing vendors, contracts and cost with no surprises
• Partner with the business — working closely with senior leaders and programme sponsors
• Be a trusted voice — advising on what to do, when to do it, and how to land it well
• Lift how we deliver — building pragmatic frameworks that help teams move faster, not slower
• Build a great team — creating a culture of ownership, learning and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

You’ve done this before — and at scale.

• Experience leading large, complex digital or technology delivery portfolios
• A strong background in programme delivery, PMO or portfolio leadership
• The ability to influence at exec level and bring people with you
• Solid commercial judgement across vendors, contracts and investment
• A track record of building high-performing teams that deliver
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving environments
• 15+ years’ experience in digital/technology, including senior leadership roles
• Relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience)
