About the role
As our People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll get exposure to the full HR lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to wellbeing, engagement, and day‑to‑day People & Culture operations. You’ll build practical skills and see first-hand how great culture is created.
This role is ideal for someone who’s curious, organised, and eager to learn.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting recruitment administration, job ads, and candidate communication
- Helping deliver warm and engaging onboarding experiences
- Keeping HR records up-to-date and ensuring documentation is accurate
- Assisting with wellbeing, engagement, diversity & inclusion, and learning initiatives
- Helping with employee queries and general HR support tasks
What you’ll bring
- A recent degree or qualification in HR, or a related field
- Great organisation skills and a strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Confident, friendly communication both written and verbal
- Comfort using technology and managing documents
- A proactive, can-do approach you like to help and get things done
