We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Senior Account Manager to join our Auckland team and play a key role in strengthening and growing our relationships with corporates, healthcare organisations, and practices.
About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will own and develop a portfolio of key clients, driving long-term partnerships, high customer engagement, and revenue growth.
You will act as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers and organisations, helping them maximise the value of the Manage My Health platform while identifying opportunities to expand usage and introduce new solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
Drive client retention, renewals, and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
Lead product demonstrations and commercial discussions within existing healthcare accounts
Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and site visits to strengthen engagement
Identify opportunities to expand platform usage, including new and emerging capabilities
Understand client needs and deliver solutions through proactive, consultative engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer success
Provide insights and feedback to support ongoing product and service improvements
Skills & Experience (Essential)
5+ years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Implementations
Prior experience working within healthcare, digital health, or a closely related sector (essential)
Proven track record of managing, retaining, and growing key accounts
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused with a consultative, solution-oriented approach
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
