We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Senior Account Manager to join our Auckland team and play a key role in strengthening and growing our relationships with corporates, healthcare organisations, and practices.


About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will own and develop a portfolio of key clients, driving long-term partnerships, high customer engagement, and revenue growth.

You will act as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers and organisations, helping them maximise the value of the Manage My Health platform while identifying opportunities to expand usage and introduce new solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders

  • Drive client retention, renewals, and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling

  • Lead product demonstrations and commercial discussions within existing healthcare accounts

  • Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and site visits to strengthen engagement

  • Identify opportunities to expand platform usage, including new and emerging capabilities

  • Understand client needs and deliver solutions through proactive, consultative engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer success

  • Provide insights and feedback to support ongoing product and service improvements


Skills & Experience (Essential)

  • 5+ years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Implementations

  • Prior experience working within healthcare, digital health, or a closely related sector (essential)

  • Proven track record of managing, retaining, and growing key accounts

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Customer-focused with a consultative, solution-oriented approach

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
