What you’ll be doing
We won’t bury you in a long task list here — you already know what a Finance Manager does. You’ll be responsible for the full financial management and reporting function of the business, including cashflow, payroll oversight, forecasting, statutory compliance, financial analysis, and leading a small team.
You’ll also play a key role in helping the wider business run smoothly by supporting colleagues, fine‑tuning processes, driving systems improvements, and being our go‑to person for all things financial (and occasionally IT‑related).

What you bring
A solid background in senior finance roles
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Experience with monthly & annual reporting, compliance, and budgeting
Confidence using ERP systems (MYOB Acumatica experience would be great)
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
A genuine desire to support your team and help the business be successful
A relevant accounting qualification and professional membership
