Salary: $60,000–$70,000

As a Customer Experience Partner, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service, resolving issues with care, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. What You’ll Do

  • Take and manage incoming calls with professionalism and empathy

  • Respond to customer emails promptly and accurately (closely monitor the inbox)

  • Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring end-to-end resolution

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues with confidence

  • Escalate complex cases when needed, while maintaining customer trust

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and satisfaction

  • Ensure every customer receives the best possible Lightforce experience

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong and fluent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Proven experience in customer service or technical support (a basic engineering background and opr solar industry knowledge will be highly regarded)

  • Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware/software/connectivity issues

  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and support platforms

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
