Venue Manager / Duty Manager
To plan, oversee and direct the day to day operations of Ki Māha. Ensure the efficient management of the restaurant. Supervise and manage all restaurant service employees to ensure excellent customer service is provided.
Key Tasks
Oversee the day to day profitable operation and organisation of the restaurant
Manage front of house staff - impart knowledge, skills and training to ensure high standards
Candidates must have;
Managers certificate or be willing to achieve one
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years working as a Restaurant Manager in a fast paced modern restaurant
Senior Waiter Role
To offer excellent service and food knowledge, to look after our customers. Must have great spoken English and a can do, friendly attitude. Ensure, under the guidance of the Manager, that a high standard of service is maintained and impart knowledge and skills to junior wait staff.
Candidates must have;
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years working in a restaurant
Senior Bartender
You will be in sole charge of day to day bar running. The role will include delivery and presenting drinks at the table so competent english, and an ability to deal directly wth customers is a must.
Mixology knowledge, and excellent cocktail making skills
Excellent beverage knowledge of wine
A can do attitude and the ability to multi task and assist the FOH where needed
