GP Nurse
We are seeking a RN to join our GP Nurse team in Manukau. Ideally we are looking for someone with New Zealand experience in cervical screening, childhood vaccinations and cannulation experience. However, what is most important to us is team fit, someone who has a strong work ethic, and someone who is keen and comfortable with learning a lot of skills quite quickly, in a fast paced environment.
New graduates who are genuinely interested in a career in GP nursing are also welcome to apply.
This role is located in Manukau, South Auckland.
Permanent Full-Time (1 FTE) Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm, plus sick leave cover 1-2 days per month which may require longer shifts. You will be working with a small but tightly knit team. This is a dynamic, busy and exciting role, and suits someone with a genuine interest in an environment that is fast paced and stressful.

Computer literate (our clinic is largely paper-free) Medtech Evolution experience desirable
What will your day look like?
Iron infusions and Aclasta infusions
Childhood immunisations and cervical screening
Injections, wound care, phlebotomy, IV fluids
We work as a team - you may need to help wherever needed - in our urgent care, triage, minor surgery etc
Office based recalls, answering patient emails, discussion of health targets (mammograms, cervical screening, smoking cessation etc), booking patients for appointments.
Sick cover 1-2 days per month.
