We’re looking for a motivated Grooming Supervisor to join our team in Greenlane and help ensure every vehicle leaves our site looking its absolute best.
In this role, you’ll not only support hands‑on grooming work but also guide a the team to maintain high standards across all grooming operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily grooming operations to ensure all vehicles are detailed to a premium standard
• Perform interior and exterior cleaning and detailing when required
• Coach, support, and coordinate grooming staff to optimise workflow and productivity
• Ensure vehicles are safely moved, parked, and prepared for customer delivery
• Carry out minor maintenance and quality checks
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace for the team

About You

You’re someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding results and bringing out the best in others. You work well under pressure, communicate clearly, and maintain high attention to detail. We’re looking for someone who has:

• A full, clean, and current driver licence
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
• Great time‑management and the ability to prioritise tasks
• A collaborative leadership style and willingness to support team members
