Abseil Rope Access Technician

We are seeking:
An Abseil / Rope Access Technician to join our Christchurch based team, primarily responsible for providing asset cleaning and maintenance services at height. Each task uses specified work products and is operated according to specified safety standards and job requirements.

What we offer:

• Full time permanent employment - minimum of 35 hours per week or we are open to fixed term for 3 - 6 or 12 months

• Pay-rate range from $30- $33 per hour (experience dependent)

• Full uniform, PPE, Gear and Equipment provided

What we are looking for:

• Must hold a current abseil / rope access qualification including IRATA or IRAANZ certification; SPRAT, NZQA or other internationally recognised abseil qualification.

• Experience in cleaning services such as building wash, water blasting, window cleaning and/or maintenance services such as commercial roofing & waterproofing, concrete injection, concrete repairs, joint sealant application, window rubbers and seals to name a few!

• Must have a valid NZ Driver License or international driving permit

• Valid working rights in New Zealand

Would be an advantage but not required

• To hold a 15757 Working at Heights ticket and other industry relevant tickets such as First Aid, EWP etc.
