Experienced Kiosk assistant

About the role

As a Kiosk Assistant at Four Square Mount Maunganui, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, providing a friendly and knowledgeable experience to our valued shoppers. In this full-time position based in Mount Maunganui, Bay of Plenty, you will be responsible for manning our in-store kiosk, assisting customers with their queries and purchases, preparing food and making coffee.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing exceptional customer service at our in-store kiosk

2. Making food and coffee

3. Handling cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately

4. Answering customer queries and providing information about our products and services

5. Ensuring the kiosk area is well-stocked, clean and presentable at all times

6. Collaborating with the wider retail team to deliver a seamless shopping experience

7. Following all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably within the grocery or food service industry

2. Experience with making coffee essential

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor

4. Strong numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash and card payments accurately

5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

6. A team player who is adaptable and willing to learn

7. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the success of the business
