The Role

This is not a “set and forget” marketing role.

We are seeking a proactive, digitally fluent marketer who can work closely with our external agency while taking ownership of strategy, performance, and execution across all channels and be comfortable working in a franchise environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring our marketing activity delivers measurable results increasing enquiries, consultations, and ultimately kitchen sales across New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national marketing strategy aligned to business growth targets

  • Manage and optimise digital performance channels (Google Ads, Paid Social, SEO, retargeting)

  • Work collaboratively with our external agency to ensure strong ROI and accountability

  • Oversee brand consistency across digital, showroom, and print environments

  • Drive localised marketing initiatives for multiple regions

  • Manage CRM, email marketing, and database re-engagement campaigns

  • Analyse performance data and provide clear reporting to leadership

  • Identify emerging digital trends and proactively test new opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in home improvement, retail, property, or a multi-location brand

  • Strong digital marketing knowledge (performance marketing, SEO, CRM automation)

  • Experience managing agencies and budgets

  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical capability

  • Confident working across both strategy and hands-on execution

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales and design teams

  • A proactive, self-starting approach
