About the role:
This is a newly shaped position, created to bring more structure, consistency and direction across the sales function.
- Working closely with the leadership team, you will take ownership of:
- Leading and supporting a small national sales team
- Driving pipeline, consistency, forecasting and overall sales performance
- Strategic business development, including building and leveraging relationships at ‘C’ suite level to grow key accounts and new opportunities
- Supporting the team on RFPs and major opportunities to improve win rates
- Being active in the field, working alongside the team and clients
- Bringing a more aligned and consistent approach across the business

About you:
- You’re a proven sales performer with the credibility to lead and the relationships to open doors.
- Strong background in commercial property, design & build or a related sector
- Proven experience working with ‘C’ suite stakeholders
- Established relationships within the commercial property space
- Commercially savvy, articulate and confident
- Able to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally
- Either already leading or ready to step into a leadership role
- Hands-on, practical and still enjoy being out in front of clients
- Able to travel nationally with time in the field supporting the team and key client relationships
- You’re well established in your career, with the credibility, sound judgement and presence to lead from the front
What success looks like
- You’re generating revenue and leading from the front
- The sales team is more aligned, structured and consistent
- Improved pipeline visibility, consistency and forecasting
- Key accounts are being developed more strategically
