Class 1 Delivery Driver/Store Person

Hancocks Family Merchants are a 100% New Zealand family-owned and operated business. With a sizeable portfolio of premium brands, the company is one of the key players within the liquor industry and is experiencing significant growth.

We are currently seeking a Code 1 Delivery Driver/Store Person to join our Mount Cook, Wellington Warehouse.

Requirements:

• Must have a full (Code 1) NZ Drivers Licence with no Endorsements

• Have some Driving/Stock Picking/Warehousing Experience

• The start rate may vary depending on experience.

• Must pass a Drug test.  

• Must already live in NZ and have an open Work Visa, Residence or Citizenship.

Responsibilities:
Be the face of Hancocks with excellent customer service, delivering our Metro Orders timely to our customers.

Accurate picking, checking, and packing of orders, using single-piece flow to remove all forms of waste in the dispatch chain: A single end-to-end transaction

Required attributes:

• Good communication skills

• Strong numeracy

• Computer Literacy

• Physically Fit and able to lift up to 20 kg's repeatedly throughout the day

• Good work ethic
