We’re on the lookout for a reliable and detail-focused Auction Administrator to support our weekly auctions in Mt Maunganui. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a free day and wants to be part of a fast-paced, live environment.
About the role
- Support our Auctioneer during live auctions (in-room and online)
- Accurately record bids in real time using Auctions Live software
- Assist with auction setup, livestreaming, and pack-down
- Help ensure each auction runs smoothly and professionally
About you
- Calm, organised, and great with detail
- Confident using technology
- Comfortable in a live, public-facing environment
- Reliable and happy working as part of a team
The details
- Thursdays only (weekly auctions)
- 10:00am start (for a 11:00am auction)
- Minimum 3 hours per week, with potential for more depending on auction volume
- Based at our Mt Maunganui branch
