Admin Extraordinaire
Admin Extraordinaire Wanted. (Yes, we mean you!)
Arcadia Property is on the hunt for someone who can keep things running smoothly, stay two steps ahead, and bring a great energy to the team while doing it.
This isn’t your average admin role. You’ll be at the heart of our business, making sure everything behind the scenes is sharp, organised, and operating exactly as it should.
Hours: School hours, Monday to Friday (9 am to 3 pm roughly)
What you’ll be doing:
Overseeing the daily management of the office
Bank reconciliation
Managing email enquiries and client communication
Uploading properties across all marketing portals
Reception duties and being the friendly first point of contact
Running morning meetings and keeping the team on track
Keeping reporting in tip-top shape
We pride ourselves on delivering some of the best service in town. Our landlords and tenants rely on us for a seamless, professional experience, and this role is a big part of making that happen.
Why join Arcadia Property?
You’ll be working closely with our Director, Felicia Amston, alongside our Property Manager and Property Assistant (and our small but important office dog, Dottie).
We’re a hard-working team who also genuinely enjoy what we do. You can expect coffee and plenty of yapping. We work hard but don’t take life too seriously. Think the occasional pedi, lunch outings, or an early knock off for a round of golf.
We believe a positive (and fun) work environment isn’t a perk, it’s essential.
A few extra perks:
Birthday leave (because you shouldn’t be working on your birthday)
A fantastic staff referral programme, with plenty of bonuses when you bring new properties into our portfolio
We support growth into property management for the right person
We’ll cover your NZ Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4)
$1,000 bonus when you complete it
You’ll be working in our new office in Jacks Point Village, no more traffic jams or fighting for a park
About you:
Experienced administrator
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong time management and administrative skills
Confident with computers and digital systems
Valid driver’s licence required
Must hold a valid NZ work visa (we do not offer sponsorship for this role)
And most importantly, you’ve got a great sense of humour and love being part of a positive, driven team
If you’re someone who thrives on being the one that keeps everything on track, and you’re ready to step into a role where you’re genuinely valued, we’d love to hear from you.
