A Body Corporate Manager Position available for an experienced Body Corporate Manager looking to move their career forward in a successful, dynamic SME.

Body Corporate Services Ltd is a well regarded and experienced company requiring a new staff member to assist with client management and business development. The role is supported by dedicated accounting and administration staff. The position is full time, with industry standard attendance of various meetings outside of normal business hours being a requirement (in person and/or via Zoom). Whilst the firm is embracing digital technologies, a valid NZ drivers license is required. The business is based in Albany Village, close to the Northern Motorway, the bulk of the clients being Auckland based.

The role covers off all of the normal expected duties of a Body Corporate Manager such as:

  • Regular communications with Body Corporate Committee Members, Building Managers and Unit Owners, attending to regular reporting tasks and answering queries that arise.

  • Resolving queries on the Unit Titles Act and how various bodies corporate operate.

  • Preparation and issue of disclosure statements.

  • Preparation of regular financial reports to Body Corporate Committees.

  • Assisting the clients with ideas for property improvements.

  • Actioning BWOF renewals, Insurance Renewals and other matters that may arise.

  • Preparation, attendance and recording of Body Corporate Annual General Meetings (AGM's) and Body Corporate Committee Meetings (in person and via Zoom).

  • Remedials and Special Projects - Project management duties.

  • All other standard Body Corporate Manager Tasks.

You will work with and learn from the General Manager, a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years personal experience as a Body Corporate Manager and the rest of the team.
