We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead our GANT outlet store at Manawa Bay.

This is a busy, on-the-floor retail role. You’ll be in the store each day with your team — serving customers, keeping stock moving, and making sure everything runs well.

You’ll lead from the front — driving sales, maintaining a well-presented and well-stocked store, building a strong team, and creating a store that feels good to walk into and easy to shop.

This is a role with real day-to-day ownership. You’ll be trusted to run the store without day-to-day interference — no micromanagement, just clear expectations and support when you need it.

About the role

You are responsible for the overall performance of the store, including:

• Driving sales and conversion

• Leading and supporting your team on the floor

• Keeping the store organised, stocked and well-presented

• Making sure day-to-day operations run smoothly

You’ll be in-store during trading hours, working alongside your team, especially across key trading days.

This role suits someone who takes ownership and enjoys running a store well — both operationally and as a team environment.

You’ll be supported by an experienced Regional Manager and head office team in Australia, with day-to-day ownership sitting in-store.

This is a store you can take real pride in running well.
