About the Role
As our Project Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind the scenes — the one who keeps everything aligned, organised, and moving forward.
You’ll work closely with our Project Managers and Hire teams to collaborate across teams and to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly.

About the Role
As our Project Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind the scenes — the one who keeps everything aligned, organised, and moving forward.
You’ll work closely with our Project Managers and Hire teams to collaborate across teams and to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting financial coordination (POs, invoicing, tracking)
- Keeping project documentation and reporting accurate and up to date
- Coordinating the full tender process from enquiry to submission
- Preparing polished, compliant tender documentation
- Managing tender platforms (Tenderlink, GETS, etc.) and registers
- Driving post-tender insights and process improvements

You’re organised, proactive, and love being the “go-to” person who makes things happen.
You’ll bring:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar coordination role
- Experience in construction or manufacturing (tender/bid exposure highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics (Navision)
- Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
