Client Advisor - Prada (PART TIME)
The Prada Group is a global fashion powerhouse, helmed by one of the most iconic designers of the modern age. We have 10 stores across Australia and New Zealand, 8 Prada stores & 2 Miu Miu stores, which focus on creating an exceptional customer experience for all customers that walk through our doors.
Our Prada Queen St Auckland Boutique is looking for an experienced Client Advisor to join their team on a Part Time basis - working 3-4 shifts per week! Days can vary, so othis would suit someone with flexibility.
As a Client Advisor:
You will be client-centric, building relationships with new clients whilst continuing to strengthen the existing database
You will manage all client expectations and always uphold a genuine yet professional attitude that reflects the DNA of the PRADA group
You will support the team on store operational activities, including back of house, stock, VM or reporting
You will take a proactive approach in upskilling yourself and your team on product and brand knowledge
You have strong sales experience within retail (luxury retail a bonus), and understand how to drive retail KPIs
You have excellent communication skills and can confidently communicate with all clients
You enjoy having a sales focused mindset and like to be creative in your approach to attract clients
You have a can-do attitude with everything that you do, always thinking one step ahead
You generate a supportive team culture, and like to collaborate with your peers
You have a genuine interest in the brand, a keen eye for fashion, trends and competitor knowledge
