We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our small, dedicated kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on independence and consistency, working with autonomy - ensuring dishes leave the pass with precision and pride.

The Role:
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and excellence during both quiet and high-volume service periods
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of kitchen operations, stock control, and compliance with the hotel’s Food Control Plan
  • Take ownership of your section, managing mise en place, service timing, and presentation standards
  • Maintain strict food-safety, hygiene, and health & safety practices in line with company and legislative requirements
  • Support and guide junior staff when needed, contributing to a professional, collaborative kitchen culture
  • Assist in developing new menu items and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
  • A recognised chef qualification and at least five years’ experience in a similar or senior junior kitchen role
  • Confidence to work independently and take initiative while maintaining calm under pressure
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a variable roster between 06h00am and 11h00pm, including weekends and public holidays
  • A positive, easy-going attitude and commitment to teamwork and consistency
