We are on the hunt for a Store Manager to lead our retail store in Onehunga, Auckland. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to take ownership of store operations, support your team, and deliver a consistently positive customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide clear leadership and direction to support sales, customer service, and operational goals

• Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling

• Recruit, train, and support the development of retail team members

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused store environment

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation

What we’re looking for

• Retail or Hospitality management experience

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a team

• A customer-focused approach with solid problem-solving ability

• Experience in stock management, visual merchandising, and sales reporting

• Clear communication and the ability to build positive working relationships

• A genuine interest in retail and customer experience
