Sidekicker are looking for experienced hospitality staff to join our team to work casual shifts at a range of venues as be build our presence in Christchurch, including the soon to open One New Zealand stadium.

We are looking for Waitstaff, Baristas, Food & Beverage Staff, Corporate Suite Hosts, Housekeepers, Cleaning Crew and more.

As a Sidekick, you’ll have the flexibility to choose when and where you work through our awesome mobile app, whilst building your experience at amazing events featuring global musicians, sports teams and more.

Primary Role Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide the highest standards of client and guest service

• Take food and beverage orders accurately

• Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner (3 plate carry experience is an advantage)

• Clear tables and maintain a clean and organised dining area

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries professionally

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a customer facing front of house hospitality role

• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and Responsible Service of Alcohol practices

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• An outgoing personality and proven ability to communicate both verbally and written

• Excellent personal presentation and grooming

• Positive “can do” attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
