At Hall's, we are looking for 2 x experienced store persons with the right attitude and experience to join our team in our stores operation based in Christchurch. We are seeking individuals who can be the friendly face of our business and prepare and load chilled or frozen freight whilst providing outstanding service for our customers and dedicated drivers. 

Two day shifts are available The first shift has the following days and hours of work: 

Monday - Thursday - 06.00 - 14.30, Friday 06.00-16:00 approx.

Rostered Saturday (1 in 3) 04.00 - Midday (finish)

The second shift has the following days and hours: 

Monday - Friday 13:00 - 21.30 (or finish)

Alternating Sundays 06:00am - 17:00 approx. 

Our storage employees are required to work public holidays which means when you work on the public holidays you will receive 1.5x hourly rate and an alternative day in lieu. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you'll need:

• The ability to work in a cool store environment

   

   

• Work a reach truck competently - (double deep and OSCH License)

   

   

• Comfortable with loading and unloading freight into trucks

   

   

• Cleaning and maintaining warehouse and equipment

   

   

• Heavy lifting (up to 20KG)

   

   

• Operate to deadlines
