About Premier Group
Building Confidence Together — one brick, one project, one partnership at a time.
Premier Group is a New Zealand manufacturer of premium bricks, pavers, and building solutions — but we're more than that. We're the partner builders, architects, and developers trust to make every build more certain, simple, and successful.
Confidence You Can Build On isn't just our promise — it's how we work. We deliver straight answers, clear expectations, and products that perform.
Our locally made products, responsive service, and honest partnerships help us deliver with certainty — so our customers can focus on what they do best. Because when they have confidence in us, they can deliver it to their own clients.
That's the Premier difference. That's Building Confidence Together.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Manager to join the team at Premier based in the Tauranga office. This is a full-time, office-based role with potential hybrid options for the right candidate.
This is a generalist marketing role that will suit someone who is comfortable being a solo operator whilst working closely with an outsourced marketing partner for strategic support - a perfect role for a true "doing person" who can listen, think, and execute.
You will naturally be able to think quickly on your feet and enjoy a variety of marketing duties across a small number of channels. Whilst you are agile enough to jump between tasks, you will have the structure to remain focused on strategic outcomes and delivery quality marketing output, on time and on budget.
You will enjoy working independently, overseeing website management, creating and executing EDMs, producing social media content and overseeing product launches, as well as providing creative input on print collateral such as brochures, flyers and catalogues and preparing for occasional industry events.
Oversight of the CRM (Prospect) is a key part of this role, so you will need to have an eye for data hygiene and understand how to deliver consistent, relevant communication and customer engagement to support onboarding, reactivation, retention as well as education throughout the customer journey/lifecycle.
This role will appeal to a marketing specialist looking for a step up or a seasoned marketing manager who enjoys working solo and getting things done with minimal fuss.
What You'll Be Doing

· Create and coordinate content, including emails, social posts, case studies, and sales collateral
· Maintain a consistent brand voice while tailoring messaging to different audiences

CRM & Customer Loyalty
· Own and maintain CRM data, segmentation, and campaign use
· Support customer journeys, including onboarding, reactivation, and retention
· Use CRM insights to improve communication and build customer loyalty
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
· Work closely with the sales team to support their day-to-day activity
· Develop practical sales tools such as brochures, presentations, and follow-up content

· Continuously improve marketing execution based on results and feedback
What We're Looking For
· Experience in a hands-on marketing role (B2B, trade, manufacturing, or product-based environments preferred)
· A true "doing person" who listens, thinks, and executes
· Ability to think quickly on your feet, enjoy variety, and jump between tasks while keeping strategic outcomes in mind
· Strong attention to detail, precise and accurate, with excellent proofing skills
· Ability to work independently as a solo operator while leveraging strategic outsourced marketing and sales leadership support
· Ability to drive projects, take initiative, and deliver results
· Confident managing EDMs, social media, and campaign execution
· Strong writing and content skills with an eye for tone and audience
· Experience using CRM systems to support marketing activity
· Highly organised, proactive, and able to work at pace
· Collaborative and commercially minded, able to work closely with sales
Why Join Premier?
· Be part of a business building momentum and sharpening its market focus
