Our client is a growing business in the commercial services sector, providing essential services to a wide range of clients across the region, with head office based in Christchurch.

This is a hands on role supporting a busy and growing operation, working side by side with the Auckland based Regional Operations Manager, who needs a strong right hand to help keep things moving.
  
You’ll be across sales support, job coordination, customer communication, and day to day organisation. If you enjoy being the one who keeps everything on track, can work autonomously, and take pride in staying a step ahead, this could be a great fit.
  
This is a part time position working 30–35 hours per week, based in the office in South Auckland. It’s best suited to someone living locally, ideally in or around Manukau, Papakura, Drury, Waiuku or surrounding areas for an easy commute.
  
What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting the sales process from enquiry through to job completion
  • Preparing quotes, following up, and keeping things moving
  • Coordinating jobs and liaising with contractors and internal teams
  • Keeping customers updated and well looked after
  • Managing inbox, follow-ups, and helping keep priorities on track
  • Working across systems to ensure everything is accurate and up to date
  • Acting as a key support person, so nothing falls through the cracks
  What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in a sales support, coordination, or customer service role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who enjoys dealing with people
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workflow
  • Comfortable managing emails, schedules, and multiple moving parts
  • Adaptable and able to pivot as priorities change
  • Proactive and takes ownership rather than waiting to be asked
  • NZ Resident or Citizen
