About the Role

As a key part of the SNAP Rentals branch team, you will support the Branch Manager in keeping operations running smoothly while ensuring our high standards for safety, vehicles, and customer experience are consistently met.
 
You will lead by example, guide the team, and help deliver a seamless, positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day branch running, step in when the Branch Manager is absent, and ensure policies, procedures, and health & safety standards are followed.
  • Guide and supervise Customer Service and Grooming team members, assist with onboarding and training, and promote SNAP’s culture of positivity and teamwork.
  • Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, handle escalated issues professionally, and ensure vehicles and facilities meet SNAP’s high standards.
  • Oversee vehicle check sheets, maintenance processes, signage, and branch presentation to ensure operational consistency.
  • Provide updates on site performance, escalate issues when needed, and support the Branch Manager in implementing new processes and initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
  • Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment where juggling people and priorities is part of the day-to-day.
  • Experience leading, supervising, or supporting a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and confident decision-making under pressure.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on practical solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - able to manage both people and tasks effectively.
