This isn’t your typical internship.

Stand Up Recruitment is looking for a Business Intern to support across client and candidate care, business administration, and marketing support.

You’ll be working inside a fast-paced environment where communication, organisation, and attention to detail matter every day. This role sits at the centre of how the business operates - supporting people, processes, and systems that keep everything moving.

We’re looking for someone who can start immediately and is finishing their studies around July 2026

What you’ll be involved in:
  • Client and candidate communication
  • Supporting pastoral care and day-to-day candidate management
  • Assisting with business administration and operational tasks
  • Supporting the marketing team with strategies and analytics 
What we’re looking for:
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail - accuracy is critical
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly
  • A positive, growth-focused mindset
  • Someone who can take feedback, adapt, and improve quickly
  • Reliable, proactive, and takes ownership of their work
The setup:
  • 20-25 hours per week (flexible around study)
  • 3-month internship
  • Immediate start
  • Based in Auckland
  • Ideal for students finishing their studies around July 2026
This role comes with responsibility.
You’ll be trusted to communicate with people, manage tasks, and support real business operations - not just observe.
