There will be an element of overnight travel and some weekend work on occasion but with your superior planning skills, you typically schedule this. Travel might look like an overnight to New Plymouth and Hawke's Bay, with the occasional work from the Palmerston North office, coupled with regular day trips to Whanganui and Masterton.
We all love a bit of flexibility, and there are 2 shift patterns available for this role, either Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday.

• Operational Administration: Oversee administrative functions, including documentation, payroll, reporting, and coordination of practical training and development initiatives for team members.
• Workforce Planning: Manage team rostering to meet Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) service level agreements, ensuring optimal resource allocation within approved Merchandiser budget parameters.
• Talent Acquisition: Execute recruitment and selection processes in accordance with company policies to maintain high-quality team standards!
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all operational processes, documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are completed accurately and within prescribed timelines, adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
