Night Auditor

Full-time | 40 hours per week | $27–$28 per hour

Shifts: 10:30pm – 7:00am | Rotating roster (includes weekends & public holidays)

About the Role
This is a dynamic dual-position role combining Night Audit and Night Porter responsibilities.

You will be responsible for:

• Completing the nightly audit process and reconciling hotel financials
• Running reports and ensuring accurate system records
• Welcoming late arrivals and assisting with guest enquiries
• Ensuring guest safety, comfort and security overnight
• Delivering room service orders
• General cleaning and presentation of public areas
• Assisting guests with luggage (a good level of fitness is required)

You’ll be the face of the hotel overnight — calm, professional, proactive and dependable.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hotel front office experience preferred
• Experience completing Night Audit processes is highly desirable
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Confident working independently
• High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
• Flexible and comfortable working permanent night shifts
