About us

Whitlock Williams is a 2 partner, 11 staff firm based in Rosedale on the North Shore. We pride ourselves on being friendly, approachable and reasonably priced. We are part of our local community and enjoy getting to know our clients.

The role

We are looking for a Junior Legal Executive who may or may not have existing experience. What really matters is your can-do attitude. We are looking for someone who is friendly, confident and shares our values. A big part of your role would be to help our clients along their first-home-buying journey.

Qualifications & experience

  • NCEA Level 2 with a good attendance record

  • Would suit someone with a general degree who is looking to convert this into a career pathway

  • Must be willing to study part-time for the NZ Diploma in Legal Executive Studies at Open Polytechnic

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Property conveyancing

  • Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney

  • Meeting with clients and taking instructions

Second role
