Smooth–Air Products is a successful company that is part of the ELTA Group. We have a longstanding reputation as a supplier of quality ventilation, and air conditioning componentry to both the domestic and commercial markets.

We are looking for a customer service star for a fixed term assignment covering maternity leave.

You will be able to create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers whilst striving for the best result every time. 

You will join a proven team with a great attitude.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Co-ordinating and fulfilling customer expectations by forming great relationships between Smooth- Air and our valued customers.

• Answering/dealing with inbound phone calls/emails and customer foot traffic.

• Data entry.

• Sales support and picking and packing orders for customers.

• Resolving product or service issues.

• A buy-in with our ethos of continual improvement.

• General support to all functions of the business as required.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:

• The ability to work well in a friendly team.

• Positive & friendly attitude.

• Have an excellent phone manner.

• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Be able to work cohesively alongside all teams, yet show initiative and seek advice where necessary.

• Experience in warehousing is an advantage

• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
