As part of our continued growth, we're looking for an experienced recruiter in Christchurch. This is a genuine greenfield opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys developing a market, building client partnerships, and creating something of their own. While the desk itself is new, you'll be based in our Welles St offices, supported by experienced leadership and an existing client network across the broader business.
The Role
This is a full 360° recruitment role focused on the Accounting & Finance market. You will:
· Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients and high-calibre candidates
· Build long-term partnerships across a high-demand sector
· Develop new business and expand your market presence
· Deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes for both clients and candidates
· Contribute to team strategy while enjoying strong day-to-day autonomy
What we're looking for
· Ideally 3+ years' recruitment experience, preferably within Accounting & Finance
· A strong billing track record and business development capability
· Solid understanding of the finance sector, talent pools, and market trends
· A natural relationship builder with strong networking skills
· Commercially savvy, self-motivated, and performance-driven
· Someone who thrives in a high-trust, high-reward environment
