About the Role
Our Business Support team plays a crucial role in providing high-quality administrative support across the firm. Based in Dunedin, this role focuses on client account administration, including the setup and ongoing maintenance of client accounts.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administration background who enjoys working in a detail-focused, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the onboarding and maintenance of client and in-house accounts
Accurately entering and reviewing data within internal systems
Managing documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Liaising with internal teams across the business
Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes
