Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Maintenance – Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems.

• Troubleshooting & Repair – Diagnose issues and restore system functionality efficiently.

• Electrical System Upgrades – Assist in design and upgrades while ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Safety & Compliance – Adhere to safety standards and contribute to a culture of safety.

• Team Collaboration – Work with a skilled team and mentor apprentices when needed.

• Handling Pressure – Stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations, ensuring quick, effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing/projects setting preferred.

• Valid EWRB license & NZ Driver’s License required.

• Physically capable of working in industrial environments.

• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure, making sound decisions in urgent situations.
