Reach & Stock Picker Operators – South Auckland
We’re looking for experienced and reliable Reach, Counterbalance, and Stock Picker Operators to join our clients’ warehouse teams across the South Auckland regions.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who value accuracy, safety, and efficiency in fast-paced environments.
Role Details:
Location: South Auckland areas
Pay Rate: $26.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Shifts: Multiple shifts available
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate Reach Truck & Stock Picker forklifts.
Pick, pack, and palletize products accurately to meet order specifications.
Handle inwards goods, dispatch, and inventory control.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
Follow HACCP and site hygiene protocols (essential for food environments).
Assist in loading/unloading trucks and managing logistics operations.
Monitor stock levels, update inventory systems, and minimize product damage.
Support production and packaging lines in food manufacturing facilities.
Perform quality checks on finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
What We’re Looking For:
Valid Reach Truck & Stock Picker Forklift Licences (essential)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, or food manufacturing
Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene requirements
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Reliable, motivated, and a great team player
Own reliable transport for early morning or evening shifts
