Experienced salesperson — photography retail
We’re looking for a driven, experienced salesperson to join our Auckland team. This is a genuine sales role — you’ll be on the floor every day, working with customers to understand what they need and helping them find the right solution, whether that’s a $500 compact or a $10,000 professional kit.
You’ll work across our full product range, handle everything from first-time buyers through to trade customers, and contribute to a team that takes real pride in delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
This role includes regular weekend work. Our busiest trading days are Saturday and Sunday, and we need someone who’s genuinely available and up for it — not just tolerating it.
• Engaging with customers in store — asking the right questions, listening well, and confidently guiding them to the right purchase
• Building complete solutions — cameras, lenses, accessories, bags, memory cards and more
• Working with customer finance options (Q Card, Gem Visa, interest-free plans)
• Maintaining product knowledge across a wide and constantly evolving range
• Contributing positively to a tight-knit, high-performing store team
