As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment delivery across pharmacy roles nationwide, as well as supporting colleagues with other corporate and Support Office positions. You'll partner closely with operational leaders and the wider team to deliver high quality recruitment outcomes and an exceptional candidate experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic partnering and hands on recruitment delivery within a complex, multi‑site environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Pharmacy and related functions
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and talent gaps
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract high calibre clinical and commercial talent
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Drive high quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Use data and insights to support decision making and improve recruitment processes
  • Represent the brand as an employer of choice

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within health or allied health, ideally along with corporate experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence with credibility
  • A solutions focused approach with strong commercial awareness
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for creating great candidate experiences
