Project Assistant
Prepare and deliver tailored technical proposals, quotations, and submissions aligned with client project requirements.
Provide frontline customer support, including technical guidance, product selection assistance, and troubleshooting.
Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of engineering information and services.
Coordinate with customers to address pre-sales and after-sales technical queries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, engineers, developers, and regulatory consultants.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the New Zealand market and contribute to market strategy development.
Support clients in navigating construction approvals and regulatory processes, including planning approvals, building permits, and relevant council requirements.
Assist in preparing documentation required for building compliance and regulatory approvals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building legislation, codes, and industry standards affecting product compliance and approval pathways.
Resolve technical issues and coordinate post-sales engineering support where required.
