• Maintaining seamless communication between the workshop and customers (both internal and external), ensuring everyone is on the same page
• Managing bookings and service schedules with precision, keeping everything running smoothly
• Ensuring the accurate completion of all documentation, leaving no detail overlooked
• Monitoring systems and processes for continuous development, and providing valuable feedback to drive improvements

About You

Our ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, or within a workshop environment. Alternatively, you may be someone with previous customer service experience and a passion for cars! We're looking for someone who brings:

• Exemplary communication, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers
• Excellent customer service skills to build lasting impressions with our valued customers

• Administration skills with a keen eye for detail
• A full, clean, and current driver license
• The ability to quickly master new systems and procedures
• Mechanical experience or technical knowledge is advantageous
