The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
We are looking for a Child and Youth Mental Health Workforce Delivery Lead to deliver workforce development initiatives for the infant, child, and youth mental health and addictions sector across Aotearoa. This role focuses on managing workforce data and service improvement projects, supporting workforce capability, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, evidence-informed solutions that meet the needs of tamariki, rangatahi, and whānau.

  • Lead and manage workforce development and service improvement projects from planning to delivery
  • Develop and maintain training resources and tools aligned with best practice.
  • Collaborate with advisors and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and inform learning strategies.
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-informed workshops and events for the ICAMH and AOD workforce.
  • Oversee data gathering and reporting to support workforce capability and improvement initiatives.

This is a fixed term position, with a fixed term end date of 26/03/2027. This role can be full-time or part time for the right candidate.

You | Mōu
We are looking for someone who has:

  • A relevant tertiary degree and at least 5 years' experience in child and youth mental health, health, or education services
  • Knowledge of the infant, child and youth wellbeing/mental health/addiction sector
  • Understanding of Māori approaches to wellbeing, and a commitment to promoting positive outcomes for tangata whenua
  • Experience providing adult education and training
