The Opportunity

The Company
This is an established New Zealand-owned organisation that provides residential communities and related services. It operates multiple sites nationwide and is currently focused on growth and strengthening core support functions.

The Role
  • Process terminations and related resident administration using the specialist management system (vCare)
  • Manage admissions and onboarding processes for new residents, including data entry and coordination
  • Support the centralisation of key administrative tasks to the Christchurch location
  • Help stabilise and document important operational processes and system workflows
  • Work closely with the current systems team on day-to-day resident and financial administration
  • Assist with accurate billing, accounts payable/receivable tasks, and related financial administration within the resident management framework
Your Profile
  • Must have demonstrable hands-on experience using vCare (this is an essential requirement for the role)
  • Based in Auckland or Christchurch
  • Solid administration experience, ideally including some exposure to accounts payable, billing, or financial processing tasks
  • Previous experience in resident admissions, terminations, or similar administrative functions is highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to handle data accurately and meet compliance requirements
  • Comfortable learning, working with, and helping improve systems and processes
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
  • Candidates will need valid working rights for New Zealand
