Your experience will include 3+ years supporting Windows Server environments, an understanding of how to provide technical support to customers or end users, an ability to troubleshoot and diagnose, and clear written and verbal communication. You’ll be a strong starter if you have Microsoft certifications, experience supporting line-of-business or legacy applications, working in hosted or multi-tenant environments, and had some exposure to compliance-focused environments.
Some after-hours support and travel to Christchurch and customer sites may be required.
