About the Role

Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing end-of-year financial statements, tax returns and management reports to ensure clients remain fully compliant.
- Providing valuable advisory support across tax planning, business performance and strategic decision-making.
- Reviewing work, supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive, growth-minded culture.
Skills & Experience
You’ll bring:
- Solid understanding of New Zealand accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proven technical ability, including proficiency with Xero, XPM and Suite Files.
- Attention to detail, commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset.
- A positive team spirit, eagerness to keep developing and a sense of humour.
