Treat every session with high-level preparation and maintain a distraction-free, professional online environment suitable for senior learners.
Possess the insight to identify disengagement and the rapport-building skills to motivate teenagers, helping them navigate academic pressure and exam anxiety.
The ability to take complex, high-level concepts in Maths, English, and deconstruct them into clear, strategic frameworks that drive academic results.
You don't just follow a script; you diagnose learning blocks in real-time and pivot your delivery to suit the student’s specific cognitive needs and assessment goals.
What We Offer:
We take care of the planning and curriculum alignment, so you can focus entirely on teaching and engaging with your students.
Tutor from any location in New Zealand at times that suit your schedule - no commuting or travel required.
$30 per hour for Qualified Teachers & $25 per hour for University Students and non-qualified tutors.
Comprehensive onboarding and continuous platform training to ensure you are confident in the digital classroom.
About You:
You currently reside in NZ and have the right to work.
You are a qualified teacher, an Education/English/Maths student, or have significant experience tutoring secondary-aged children.
You can commit to 10+ hours per week during peak times (typically 6pm–11pm weekdays and 10am–6pm weekends).
You are comfortable in an online environment and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements:
A reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a high-quality headset/microphone.
A professional, quiet, and well-lit workspace.
A CV/Resume and your latest academic transcripts (for students) submitted in PDF format.
